Please make a map, where you spawn in a big cage if you have been banned, you can make duels ( cagefights hrhr) within that cage, but you aren't able to join any other server (make an agreement with other server hosts that they take on ban list from EU Servers. No escape, we got you at the b....)

No respawn time, but instant respawn and open deathmatch mode.

If possible you can let none offenders spawn outsite to watch and perhaps there are hotdogs to be sold.
The spectators outsite the cage can spawn in peasent gear and have stones with them.

Only None Offenders can use chat to give the offenders crap, offenders aren't allowed to participate in the chat.

No Exp / No Gold, but the chance to play anyways.

At first I agree it sounds fun and like a good idea. But, people that have been banned, which I hear is not many, are banned because they repeatedly harrass, TK, and just don't give a fuck about rules and the cRPG community.

Pelting them with stones on a server sounds great, but they will expect that that is a temporary punishment.

When somebody is ready for ban, that someone needs to go. Permanently. Don't let em come in with the same email and revoke their serial number. Let them play on their computers and play the solo campaign, HAVE FUN!!!!! Besides it takes money and time to maintain such server, don't even waste a breath on those people.

You think when mobsters say they need to punish someone, they spank their bottom. No. Badabing badaboom! One in the head. They're gone. They never existed. And we, in the cRPG community can play the game on a server without ASSHOLES that need to be banned and we can have a good time and play a serious medieval combat game.

I'm here to have fun with mature people not cater and spoil DICKS that fuck up games for other people.

i agree  to some extent, then think about players who have their first misdeed done are they to be treated the same then those who have perma ban?

And you picked reallife as example, so lets proceed with that, depending on severity of the misdeed, there are jail times up to life long jail time. They still are alowed to live(depending where you live) but in a very restricted environment and some with life time sentences are even getting out because of good behaviour and regret through their time. As you stated it you would give them a bullet in the head, that is not how i want reallife judgments nor ingame judgment. Give people the chance to change.

Because of the case you made it is now clear , that those who are banned still need a voice, so they should speak in general chat. If they flame all the time why would anyone unban them? If they behave and don't react on the stone throwings that much well perhaps they can improve.

The thing is, we don't need any structure for banned people, if only those that should be banned are. Some admins seem to forget about the kick function and it's formidable power of being understood by everyone except real trolls. And I doubt those would want to join that kind of a server.

Besides actual cheating/hacking/etc what is wrong with a separate server for rule breakers? There is nothing really innately wrong with tking or being a belligerent troll, its just a matter of majority sentiment. I would even support allowing the banned servers gold and xp because basically they'd be playing a different isolated game.

- team chat activated/general chat deactivated, because i don't want to see trollwars between spectators/peps/visitors/guards and the prisoners or you would have to think about this area as a no rule zone whatsoever for both parties who come here
