Also, if set up right, we could have Vassal Factions adding a proportion of their army capacity to that of their Master. It would be up to the 2 factions ivolved to decide if they want a Vassal that will stand on their own and march individually in War. Or they could be a more peaceful Vassal that asks for their masters protection and in return boosts their masters armies. Why anybody would want to be a peaceful faction in Strat is beyond me
but as more content is added to Strat they might have a place
