In toke's defence, he was probably trying to kill him because Smellmyfinger has a habit of kicking ranged teammates, but this is still unacceptable. Wait for Tears to make a decision.

Im not favoring either one or care for either one but toke is not ranged? And i didnt get the first picture but Toke attacked him the second he spawned!

And also Tks are not allowed no matter what the idiot teammate does! Instead he should have reported it to the BRD admin that was in the game.... there was an admin in there.

Who was it? The only two BRD admins I can think of are myself and Kalam, and I know I wasn't there.

Maybe it was BIRD but i know one was there because they were kicking leechers and talking in admin chat... It started with an "S"

Then it was either Shik, Smoothrich, or an alt.

In defence of Toke, smellmyfinger was also constantly kicking me making me useless in the game since i only have a crossbow! and i did TK smellmyfinger because nothing was being done about it and i was frustrated

so im sorry for the TK and it probably wouldnt have solved anything anyway, so Toke is pretty much in the same boat as me in regards to Smellmyfinger

So if I understand this correctly...

Dora_The_Explorer is guilty of TKing on purpose.
Toke_BRD is guilty of TKing on purpose.
Smellmyfinger is guilty of breaking the "Don't be a jerk" Griefing rule and technically team wounding on purpose.

Anything else I should be aware of before making my reccomendation?
