How to add clan tag/change nick?

Me and some friend want to change our nicks and add a clan tag. I have look true the forum and haven't found anything yet. Could some one pass a link or tell me how to inform about this change ?

go to the character page, scroll down under the shop, there you find an option for name change.

you need to make a new char with the name before (login in any crpg server with the new name)

name change costs 1000 gold and you cant change the whole name you can only add a clantag or change a clantag

Thank you for fast reply. Have seen the option but im woundering if I will  keep the stats that I have build up or will that be lost?

You will keep all your stats, items, gold etc. It's just a name change.

Create a new char with the desired name (tag included), then in the first char page initiate name change to the new name.

Is this namechange supposed to be quick?

I just tried with 2 new chars and it did not work.

Also : Since you cant change the name anymore when retiring, could I change my whole name one time?
