But your combat skills don't increase and the enemies get harder.
well scaling is alot less than oblivion, infact i'm not even that sure there is any scaling. personally haven't noticed any, game just feels easier and easier as I level up.

some enemies/areas are designed to be hard/impossible until you are higher level.

any even if it did scale as bad as oblivion trust me legendary dragon plate gives you a massive advantage ;)

100 smithing means you can make your weapons have double damage values too. definitely op.

So what's your armor rating with legendary dragon plate?

Xant, goe some pages back, Leesin already has Legendary Dragonplate(Except his gauntlets), and he has like 289 armor rating.
Maybe it woud be better for me to find out where you life and kill you when you are satch a Soziopath. You have enough now.

Yes, and I have 300 in my steel plate. Case in point, it's not really OP. Armor alone doesn't do that much, you need the perks (which require a good skill).

How did you kill the child?? I've tried everything, but I just can't hurt Braith, that little brat in whiterun, or the jarls kids, the arrogant bastards....

Also, to scaling: Some enemies scale, others dont... apparently, Bandits, Wolves, Stormcloaks and Imperial Legion Soldiers do not scale

bandits SCALE, 100%

I know this for fact because I went to the two towers you see early ingame later on and all of a sudden there was a Bandit thug and bandits in leather armor + a Bandit chief with a orcish warhammer and steel armor where there only were Fur and hide armor bandits before.

The scaling has not had a big effect, my armour rating is still high for the level it seems because I can stand infront of nearly everything right now on master difficulty and smash it easily, my heavy armour skill is only going to get higher and along with it my armour rating, how long before do you think my armour rating is going to be higher than 300? not long lol.

I kill most bandits with 1 hit or a whole group with one use of the fire breath shout and I only got the first word of it
