I think a lot of youngsters are in bandits... I heard that the average age is around 5-8 years old.

Or Risen maybe?

You heard wrong, Bandits are 21+  :wink:

I did, however, make some heavy breaching of my recruitment policy when i took Panos & Skawtish, do you think I should go even further and recruit Chazzer & Tore ?  :wink:

Tore,  maybe a few other young players would like to join a clan that u would found?  you could than work over diplomacy with older factions and be mercanaries or something,  and get maybe one town inside a larger factions territory.
