Just wanted to ask are there limits to skills? And if so, what are they?

Max is 1 Skill level per 3 of the Attribute that said skill is dependant on (or 1 per 6 for Horse Archery as the sole exception to this rule).
You can have a max skill of 15, though due to a glitch this is only possible on official EU servers, and until next patch people playing on other servers (like CRPG_NA_2) have a max of 10.
