There are 2 people in EU4, and one of them is loaded with huscarls shields and the other is hitting the shields repeatedly with some weak mace. I stayed in the server for a few minutes and they made no attempt to kill each other.

Also note the other shield on the floor, which, the shielder has at least 5 shield skill to use the shield, means that hitting it repeatedly with that mace must of taken quite a while.
I don't know if what they are doing is legal or not, people are free to join and they made no attempt to get rid of me, however they were just delaying the time out to gain Money and XP.
P.S. You have to excuse my fail graphics, playing on lowest to avoid my game completely bugging out (V 1.142 warband patch).
