Help with my Piece o shit connection

Hello all. I recently upgraded my internet to TWC extreme, and got the router and modem installed yesterday. For the past two days, I have only been able to load 12 different servers Using the internet on the cRPG join game listing. any reason why i can only get a limited number of servers?

I guess it's a router issue, there is a thread about it (don't have the limk sorry), or you can check TW forum too.
