Yep, you get 1 dollar worth of a chance. If someone donates 50 dollars, he has a 50 times higher chance to win it than you. So you can basically buy it with enough money.

im strictly against beeing able to buy in game advantage with real money, but i guess its needed to encourage people to donate, and with all those nerfs loom point isnt worth much :D

They might have to do some correction on that part.
But anyway, you will have to donate quite a lot of money to be stastically able to buy the "prizes". And then it would only be one person, so I guess that extra money and one guy running around with 100 hierlooms wouldnt this mod much harm.
