[Suggestion] City Name Changing

Well I don't know if this was supposed to go here or in the Suggestions Corner....

I think it will be cool for Countries/Clans/Kingdoms/etc. to have the ability to change the names of their cities. Names like [insert troll name] shouldn't be allowed though.

What do you guys think?

Perhaps a request thing like the changing name, that forces Admins to approve? Yeah!
