Ranged points

Hey all,

I was just wondering if anyone knew whether weapon proficiency points affected crossbow and bow damage as well as accuracy and reload time, like it does for melee weapons.  Thanks.

Wpf affects bow damage, accuracy, and draw speed.

Wpf affects xbow accuracy and reload time but not damage (though some have said it seems the shots go to more vulnerable areas with higher wpf which causes more damage, but there is no direct bonus to damage from wpf.  A 150 wpf xbower does same damage as 1 wpf xbower with same xbow and bolts.
