HELP Can't join servers!

Why can't I join any servers?? I get kicked and it tells me ''This character belongs to someone else''.

Did you change cd key?

If you did, you should know that characters are connected to cd keys.

Just found out while looking into another post. Now that I did I guess unless the admins can transfer my char manually or change the CD key in my account I will have to start a new one...
Do I need to make a new account or just a new character in that account?

if you have the old cd key i can explain how u gonna change ur cd key ingame

Also make sure you don't try to create a character which name is already taken.

I can't join any server. After choosing one, game freeze for like 15 seconds and then got message "Unable to join..." . When it happens buttons "back" and "connect" doesn't work anymore.

EDIT: Even if I click Join a Game weird thinks happens, I don't have to press connect.

TaleWorlds servers are going nuts last days, were down several times already.
