That's for the wpf reduction calculation.

no, IF reduces 2KG, so wpf will be reduced less also. Atleast that's how I understood it

Nah, cuz that's an insane amount to reduce the movement speed penalty. That implies that I'd barely be hindered by wearing a kuyak with 6 IF, which is in no way correct.
