New livery armours + raised sallets

I have been working on a new armour design recently. I used the mesh of the varangopoulos armor made by Zimke (already in the game) and then created new textures to offer a dozen of new armours. The new designs were inspired by 14th century armour and are supposed to represent livery armours.

I also made added mail coif to some sallets already in the game, and added two raised sallets. The textures and materials for the sallets are not included in the brf as they are already in the mod folder.

As always, thumbs up and support if you want to see them implemented ! ;D
