Balance for crossbows

I like what u did there, but I do not think making the requirement for the arbalest to 18 will change something. If it is increased it should go to 19 in my opinion. I gues most xbows anyways go for the 18 str if they want to use the arbalest and dont want to waste that one str point.

I'm one of those who have 16 str, I guess I'm not alone

Professor nerfed accuracy by mistake, I pointed that he had wrong formula of accuracy x wpf in his item sheet. Probably going to get fixed. I don't know but you might have noticed that crossbows lost accuracy and Arbalest suffered the most I believe. Crossbow is more accurate than Arbalest now sadly. That's actually the opposite of what I suggested :-(
