Man, you're getting better for sure. Your rhymes are flowin more smoothly. Just keep writing and recording and eventually you'll have Ah-Ha moment and come into your own groove. You're getting there but I know you can do better if you just keep at it and don't give up. I wouldn't worry so much about articulating words, I'm sure you listen to a lot of rap and half those motherfuckers mumble their shit, and the other half sound like whack ass professors. Figure out which one you want to be, immerse yourself in it. I feel like you're treading the line between which you want to be. Of course you don't want to clip your words but sometimes that's ok if it fits the style of the song you're recording. Also, make music dynamic, it has to have loud parts and quiet parts, not the same level the entire way through. One last thing, music has parts, so you got to organize it and it's all about the chorus hook. So for example try organizing your songs like intro, verse, chorus, verse, chorus, bridge, chorus, end. I might work on a beat for you if I ever get the free time and send it over.
Edit: For fuck's sake, some guy got famous for repeating Gucci Gang 7 times as his hook and some poor rap about weed and banging chicks.
