Thanks for bringing this to my attention after it's apparently been ruined. Seems like it coulda been hella fun.

It's not that bad now, it was just easier to use with the old system IMO.  I still like the custom maps.

Are you able to queue up with friends, or only randos online?

I think you can que with clans but the matches fill so slowly you can just have them join a match you make.  Also there is a multiday option so you can play with different schedules ona slower time scale.

Used to play warlight all the time. Back in the day you could just set up a lobby and invite via email but there was a cap on how many people you could invite unless you paid for some premium stuff.You could add AI though and it was fun to do teams with me and my bud vs like 6 computers. Sucks to see its changed

Damn, sounds like exactly what my friends and I woulda loved. 

Might have to look into it anyways, cuz how bad could it actually be? Not too bad right? Right?!?!
