New pc but cant...

I just bought a new pc but when i launch crpg launcher and get to the char selection screen I do not see my chars. All my chars are still on crpg.net but are not in the list to choose from in game, think i'm missing something here.  Any suggestions or ideas?

Make a new character with the name of the cRPG characters on the website.

Hmm that did not seem to work, it just made a new char with that name...

but it should work. Check if the name of the character is 100% identical to the name (of the character, not the account!) on the website

also, try making a character with a completely new name ingame and see if it shows up as a new character on the website

It has to be exactly the same name as in the list on the website - by the letter exactly the same.

Take care about things like capital I looking like lower case L and things like that...

When you reinstall Windows and you want your in-game characters saved, you have to make a backup of C:\Users\YOURUSER\AppData\Roaming\Mount&Blade Warband. That's where they are stored. If you don't, you lose them.

Try this simple fix:

Step 1- Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\
Step 2- Right Click the Folder named 'Of Kings and Men'
Step 3- Select Delete from the drop down menu while holding left shift.
Step 4- Click yes
