Probably the biggest unsung hero is Pestdoktor. I dont remember the exact sequence of events but folk were still talking about weeks to get things up and working and then over the course of one morning or something Pestdoktor was like 'Oh I've got some servers up, can you see them?'. It was either that afternoon or the following one that people were able to start joining the servers and playing again in a basic form.

Unsung hero indeed then. I didn't even know that.

Very nice then.

Pestdoktor got servers first and made me realize server config files can have a set port command and the NA were different from default. He basically got all the servers up by reminding me I am an idiot.

Well if that's all it takes to put up servers what happens if we go further down the insult list?

stats looking back for 1 month on the moddb page. Pretty easy to see where the revival came in and that it is having a big effect.
