Gentlemen,

Uhtred wears a back scabbard in The Last Kingdom. Season 2 has just started coming out. Uhtred's draw is fast from the back, I do declare. It is Good to see, for usually the sight radio cuts away when a character draws or sheathes their sword from and to a back scabbard. Very interesting... good show, and that is a double entendre.

Just watched all 7 episodes of season 2 at work and other than the cringe-worthy "Destiny is all" it's generally a decent show. Not a big fan of the main character but I usually never am, tho this guy really makes you wanna punch him in the face. Every hour of every day. I could imagine our dear Xantiphus being something like that IRL. Without the sword skill, ofc.

The sword skill would be replaced with hand-to-hand and firearms skill  :wink:
