Stuck on map

I may not need it in the end.
I am re-drawing the strategus map, so when it is onlinized people that are currently positionned on cliffs will be automatically respawned.
To fix the "stuck" problem I will simply fill all the stuck region with cliffs.

If it works there will never be this problem ever again.

You walk up to a river, and suddenly cliffs.

Cliffs are like river in that prospect, but I'm not gonna add rivers in the mountains for realistic reasons
