Prices of Gear

I've noticed that the prices of gear in my fief are different when I look on different tabs.

If I go to the fief tab > shop , the prices of gear are correct according to % reduced.
But when I go on the map > weapons> "specific gear" tab, the prices are higher.

Is this due to the tax % of goods in my fief? or is it wrong?

Anyways, I thought tax was only applied to goods, and not gear.
