Hoping for majority decision as this is kinda a grey area but that said; I will if he continues to flaunt cheating in the face of the community.

I'm always the "unban" guy.  I always try to stick up for people, allow some freedom in terms of player activity, and ask the mods to be lenient with other players.  "He wasn't griefing THAT bad", "that was a really good unban essay", etc.  In fact, I once recommended a crazy idea to unban ALL players to boost the NA population.

But not this shit.  I don't think a second chance is in order.  In fact, he just admitted AGAIN a few posts up that he downloaded the zip file himself. 

This should be instant (but perhaps not permanent) ban.

I get the point, but I still believe he's been given far too much lee-way with this entire thing, he's baiting everyone out by posting this shit because he knows fuck all will actually happen, or predicts it at the very least, that's why I dislike the decisions that some staff make not to punish, if you let people get away with everything constantly they will continue to do it again and again and again.

Warnings don't mean jack shit in the long run, if you show a person that if they fuck you around then they get punished it usually works out quite well (Certainly worked for me). Bah, guess my old admin roots are coming out from PW.

Seriously!?  Pandor is spitting in the face of the devs and admins with his blatant cheating on video, then does it again by posting the cheat for more people to use.  How is this guy not getting banned already?  Do they give such a little shit for this community that cheaters that brag about cheating on the forums are condoned?

Somehow in Russia they have a twisted, criminal mind that thinks "if I cheat, just as good as actually being good."  Same with all the steroids they used for years in the olympics.  The Russians in this game are all the shittiest players that got banned from other games for cheating and they now found this crpg haven where cheating is acceptable.
