Village Production Points not increasing

I've had Nova Tahlberl's production points used except for 2 PP for going on 72 hours now, and the production points haven't increased at all.  Is this normal?  Aren't villages supposed to be getting 1 PP per 24 hours?

PP generation has always been glitchy... you wont get some for a few days, then boom, 4 at once. Maybe even with the increased rate it's still laggy/delayed?

Well now I've got 2 PP yesterday (4total) but if I'm getting 1 per day I should have gotten 3 or 4

I noticed this too! its a big issue ill ask Dupre about it but it will prolly need chadz or CMP for the website part so were doomed!!!!
