Sending messages to all of the Clanmates

I am rank 10 and I was wondering if You could send messages to all of your clan members, not just leaders.
If Yes, please tell me how.

Inbox - New Message - and in -Recipients- you just type "rank" and you can select various options, Clan Rank 1-10 should work.
Also works for strategus factions.

There's a bug though that "clan rank 1-10" will send the message to rank0 as well, which is the rank for all alts. To avoid, just add all the different ranks manually.
