I expect IF would be more popular due to numbers increasing once again but the thing is, the population isn't something constant, it's better to build AGI as that way you can play at whatever type you want to play at without any trouble from the other agiwhores, don't get me wrong, builds like 27/18 are still incredibly strong, (Only build I'd use for Flamberge to be honest) but there's less of a focus into the IF attribute as you can make better use in other skills.
