I highly doubt people are going to change in the next ten or twenty years. The current system seems really anchored into the instant rewards & "A pluses", hell, it's even a part of our society now, to reward instantly people that do one good action, and that people who didn't do the work correctly (or the best way) feel desesperation compared to people who did. She nailled the problem tho, since it's exactly what happens in France, one or two details aside.

Interesting subject, but her voice was too stale, i had to get out, i had to escape, im sorry.
Just put more effort into listening to her. your ability to do so will grow. don't run away from the challenge but let your mind grow by trying.

Listen to her at 1.5x speed or read the transcript I kindly provided. 2x speed works too and is closer to reading speed. Reading the transcript takes 2-4 minutes, listening to her at 1x takes 10 minutes.

Heh. There is yet to show how large a role nurture takes in this. Some people are naturally more susceptible to work towards self-growth. On top of that, this can be easily mixed with "you can become anything" even though that's not what she means.
