4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after.: I accidentally teamwounded poison_bob while free swinging and practicing my pendulem action. I immediately apologized and he proceeded to tk me. At the start of next round without a word he tk'd me again. I screen shotted and immediately came here to post this thread.
5. Why you think the offender did what he did.: Tiny penis syndrome? *shrug*

Poison_bob has a clean record and at this point in time has been personally warned by me. Two TK's in a row is unacceptable. If this situation happens again, swift justice shall be delivered.
