[Linux] Oh mighty Linux gods, I call upon thee

So I'm a Windows pleb but I got myself a pretty looking Linux OS on my laptop.
Now, my laptop has an SSD on which the OS is installed and a HDD. Problem is that my /home is located on my SSD, so my downloads, pictures, desktop, whatever,.. saves on my SSD.

I made a /home partition on my HDD but I'm wondering how I can move my current /home and downloads, pictures, desktop over to that new partition.
I basically want to use the SSD for the OS only and save all my other data to the HDD if u know what I mean.

pl0x help this poor bundle of sticks, you get a free lifetime supply of virtual cookies.
