Looms Exchange

So I have:
+3 Mongolian Heavy Helmet
+3 Mongolian Heavy Armor
But they are bugged.

I want exchange them in order to get my 6 Loompoints back. Can somebody help me with this problem?

Well if that's the case I'd be willing to trade a Heavy Strange War Mask +3 and a Heavy Strange Armor for the Mongolian +3's
