go on the taleworlds website.

https://www.taleworlds.com/

then klick on "Account" in the upper right corner.

Then klick on "Games"

Then u should see your serial key and your game, BUT:

You have to know ur website account and ur pw.

In last chance, u can buy a new cd key and ask for an account transfer. Dupre can do this 
If u buy a new key, take it on steam this time, you can't lost it there.

Also, try to take a look in your regedit, maybe you can find a trace of your key on it (not realy sure for this), use what I wrote in previous post and see if the "serial_key" is present. If yes, just copy the key value somewhere.

Yea im trying to find a trace of the old CD key and it says activation code and a bunch of other stuff and serial_key but its blank  and ok worst case scenario its good to know he can get my high gen guys on a new accoutn even if i have to wait a while!!!

Don't forget to backup your cd key from registery this time, tag it on your wall or make a tatoo
