The biggest barrier isn't language or numbers I think, it's ping. Chinese server seems as healthy if not more than NA. I'm sure if we had another Strat server and map (maybe smaller, dunno if the playerbase really is as big as NA or EU) based in China where they get better ping, you'd have the same autistic nerdy arguements and drama. Ideally com technology will advance to the point where any point on the planet is as good as any other, or more realistically every big densely populated urban area is as good as any other.
