Should the Heirloom reward/grind system be changed to the following:
-LP reward should be received upon leveling up, not when retiring.

This would make retiring "almost" pointless, to correct that the following could be done to retiring
(-You still get xp bonus based on generation)
(-You still get free name/sex change)
-Change retirement level down to lvl 34(roughly 4 million xp)
-You should be able to buy "generations" for 1 lp each
