3. Time and server, as accurately as possible: NA1, around 5:35 pm PST (the tk happened earlier in the day, I don't remember when)
4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after.: The guy has been riding around on a plated charger with who knows how much riding, and everytime after I kill him with throwing he leaves and rejoins before the 6 minute mark. This is a screenshot of one of the rounds that I had killed him twice in.
5. Why you think the offender did what he did.: He's mad that I constantly kill him.
