Greetings old Lords and Ladies of the once great Kingdom of the North,
After a treacherous betrayal and the stepping down of the great High-King Bryggan, the land of the North is in disarray. The Starks are willing to offer amnesty and protection to all who wish it in return for oaths of fealty to the great Queen himself, Not_So_Innocent_Virgin. I heartily endorse this.
