My thought:
You need money. People want to play.
If you can make a playable alpha version (like life is feudal), people can look in first person if the game is good. You made a trailer, ok nice video.. But if i'll want to buy this game, i need to play it.
People dont trash money for a thing that they dont know. My advice:
1- make a gameplay video (with all kind of mode -battle, strongold, ecc..-);
2- make a playable alpha version (maybe gratis or half price or full price... Choose you ).

i'd show just the good stuff - some models and anims in video look really poorly imho. for me it was the very first thing i noticed and if i wouldn't know crpg and MBG would be totally new for me, i think i'd not back it.

On the same situation, I'd back it, taking into account how a small indie team managed to reach this point so fast and passionately. Taking into account the potential of the mechanics and engine provided, I'd feel pretty dumb not giving them a chance.

This game is already something, it will become even more. People, you who game, support this game!
It will be a trademark in the history of gaming; if you want to play a game where it's easy and fun to get into,
but allows for a endless, steep, learning curve, where you really can see and feel your own progress - this is it.
Noticing your own progress as well, where it is you who actually progress at something, now that's rewarding.

Then, you have the whole aspect of team play, reaction time, physics and what not. It's one of the best, simply put.

I'm kind of new around here, attracted by this awesome looking game. (Even though I suck at CRPG, :/) I'm actually more well known on the Total War Center forums for my modding work there. I made a Medieval overhaul for Rome 2 there. I bring this up because of how successful my mod was became it got a lot of notice from big total war Youtubers, one of whom has 100k+ subscribers. I'm steam friends with several of them and also have good relations with people on the aforementioned TWC forums. I'll try reaching out to them, see if they can do a shout out or few.
