I'm banned but why?

For some reason I was banned? And how long will I be banned? Now I have to go to strategus fight, but I can not. Because of not understandable for me ban. Tell me why?

I'm fix my settings on EU2 server, 2 min stay in settings menu, 3 min test my setting. I do this cuz I have so much lag's. I'm not being afk. But when I'm finish fix, I'm going afk at 1min for make tea for relax after lags. And this my first ban. Why I'm banned on 1 day? I think 1-st ban = 60 min. And now 90 or more min gone. Unban me if you can please. And at next time I'm going on the EU3 or EU7 srvers for fix my problems with game. And doesn't see messag about afk or ban or something by admin.

Please unban me if u can. I'm understand my mistake. Thanks in advance.

You were afk for actually almost a full 30m conquest round (I kept my eye on you as the other banned guy), then on the second round you were still with 0 - 11 (from spawn kills) still idling.

But since it's your first ban and seems you're "new" I've lifted the ban.
