I know that this has been suggested in game a hell of a lot and I liked the idea, thus deciding to spearhead a suggestion thread!
Basically, to integrate the auto-balance to be able to cope with "primary wpf". Thus if someone has a lot of wpf in archery, they are classed as an archer, same for all other classes. Then, take each player by their "skill rating" and distribute along with banners to give nice balanced teams with a decent amount of every class each round.
Personally I think that this should be a tier 2 balance variable, what I mean is that it primarily balances by "skill level" of each player, a tier 1 variable and moves to banner balance and character class as tier 2.
I think you get the general idea, just a short summary of what i'd like to see being done, I think it would help in some areas where one team, no matter how good the players might be, don't have any cav/archers/infantry etc etc and thus get slaughtered.
I have searched for a similar thread, couldn't find anything, but then I could be useless at using a search bar!
