Well, you can offer someone who has unwanted heirloomed items to give them to you and exchange them in their stead. They would pay you some gold for the service (100k sounds fair to me, but I am not an expert).
Since your trade partner may fear you'd scam him, it is best to make a thread about the transaction you agreed upon in the sell/trade section of the market place. This will create some transparency and accountability, so admins can punish the one who scammed the other and return stolen items if necessary, which then again reduces the incentives of scam in the first place and the deal should work as planned.
