3. Time and server, as accurately as possible - DTV, 10 minutes ago
4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after.

As you can see on the second screen they were hitting Valdemar during 3rd wave against bandits. I started a ban poll against Dionysios who was already misbehaving today. I stated no reason, cause it was pretty obvious why I did that. Dionysios quited the server, rejoined, Fire Bow started a ban poll against me which failed. Then Dionysios started a kick poll.
 
5. Why you think the offender did what he did.

NO clue. There was no reason to change the map, actually it was one of the best map, canyon with 2 balistas near viscount.

Both of them banned for one day for poll abuse and attacking the Viscount.

Dionysios_I_von_Syrakus is still Generation 1 but already has one previous ban (from this month).

FIRE_BOW is already Generation 3 but has no other bans so far.

So I think this should be enough for them.
