Also what happened before and after. - I am being bullied as always for playing HA class, and as you can see in a screenshot below he was the last I killed during the round, the round ends, new one begins and instant poll is made by the same person (Kirman) which then passes with 56% of votes.
Oh also this was his second poll, first one also passed and I was kicked but I didn't do any screenshot because I didn't expect he'll do it again.

5. Why you think the offender did what he did.*- Angry because he's getting shot from a far and he can't do nothing to stop it.

First of all, it wasn't me who made the first poll. Yes, mine was a ragepoll, i was at the flags and you just didnt let me play.... So i accept my punishment. To be honest i might do the same thing again if i will be in same situation again. Thanks.

There's a diffrence between delaying and fighting, your problem is I fight from horse and I'm ranged, I was trying to win that and every other round like every single of you, the only thing you hate is my playstyle.

To any admin seeing that thread, notice that the poll got 56% of people voting yes. If Kirman is banned for ragepoll, then, Niluk should be banned for delaying every single round when he can.

I never delay, I only try to win every round if possible, if trying to win a round is bannable then do it, I'm guilty as charged

Going  away from the flag to duel a archer at spawn is not fighting near the flag.

I remember that I was on the server when this happened but to be honest, I do not remember how this poll came to be in particular.
What I'd like to add is that Protemus has the tendency to NOT attack the flag when it spawns but instead to engage some far off single target.

I can only assume that it is to secure valor for an obvious lost round.

So I can understand that the majority of the server would see such behaviour as delaying and consequently vote "Yes" on a Kick Poll.

Kirman gets a warning since he has no previous bans and it isn't 100% clear to me if you were delaying or not.

Please also try not to annoy/provoke other people with your playstyle.
