Make training lessons a weekly auction

Nothing has happened with Fleetfox's Suggestion so far, so I'll post this separately.

Pros:
-Gold drain on market
-Incentivizing high level players to try out new builds a little more

Cons:
-Have to change some code on training lessons
-More high level "perfect" builds for flavor of the patch weaponry

How to get what you want for cRPG:
  • Join IRC
  • Start "lobbying": Send a PM (query) to every developer
  • Repeat until they stop ignoring you
  • Don't waste time with silly forum posts, no need to poll about something 80% of the community wants to see implemented
