Unmute on NA1 (also please look into admin abuse)

I was muted this morning on NA1 by an admin who refused to explain or reveal themselves.  I need the mute lifted and please look into who is abusing admin, because i'm sure this is not the first time this admin has frivolously muted people without justification.  No abusive chat, or foul language, or slurs of any kind were being typed.  I think I complained about nighttime settings being excessive once and I got muted. 

I would like to be unmuted and also have the admin looked into for abusing their powers.  Thank you.

Mutes are bugged. You generally have to leave the server for the mute to go away. When I joined the server you started talking about mutes and shit, and it didn't appear as though there was another admin on. I think you just had your client in quiet mode.

I hope this is true, because I would much rather have this thread devolve into "lol oops my face is red" than to find out someone is being an asshat and using their power to troll others.

I haven't used mute in a while because the last two times it muted some random player instead of the person who couldn't keep the racism to themselves. So the guy trolling chat knows that he can't be muted, and then you have some innocent player who can't talk and is probably frustrated about it. Could that have been the case here?
