I doubt mercs will collapse because of that, since it survived a lot of time already (more than 3 years), plus got a lot of members.  If it have to happen, well... fuck it. But I'm sure I won't join a clan like vanguards if I want to find a new clan. Too bad Nordmen merged with Byzantium.
