4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after. I spawned in and was running to the fight when Nikoliar hit me multiple times and almost killed me, I ctrl M'd him but I was black barred and then got run over and died.

In the top portion of the SS I see you nudged Nikoliar which hurt him, and then he seemed to have retaliated.  I'm not saying that's right but you omit that from your description of what happened, the "whole story". 

In either case I took a look at his ban history, and it came up clean.  I'm not going to issue a ban but I will shoot him a message on the forums with a link to this thread so he knows at least what happened & that he's getting a "warning".  Future rulebreaking may result in a ban.
