Poll abuse on EU3

3.Time and server, as accurately as possible- EU 3, ~7:48 AM
4.Written description of what happened, the whole story.  Also what happened before and after. Icame on server to duel.
They are making pictures for there forum..
Then one of them duel me. I won ok...1min later they ban polled me,with the whole clan having like 9/10 of the server population.
5. Why you think the offender did what he did.*- Poll Abuse to take over server so that their clan could make pictures.
6. I don´t have screens.. banpoll->3 sek->ban

Notice how each ban request is very similarly typed, especially when identifying the "accused". Why would two completely different people who are not affiliated type the exact same thing? Especially considering that there were many more of us online there.

Notice how the victim is an NA player, who followed us to an EU server and harassed us in Teamspeak as well as in the server.
He had to be kicked from the TS and banned from it after rejoining. He was making disturbing noises, which I will not go into details on.
Also look at Lemon's ban record. How many times has he been banned for trolling and abusing systems, etc?
Then look at any of our ban records, you won't see anything significant. The last time I was banned was how many years ago? And it was a mistake which I brought up with the admins.

Please notice that this individual is not a member of my clan and yet was in my teamspeak channel with the "Krea" tag which he either obtained a long time ago or someone outside of my clan gave him.
Clearly, if he is not a member of my clan, why is he in our TS? Why is he harassing us in-game as well?

Here is more evidence of the supposed "victim" being boastful enough to contact one of the members of my clan to brag about his ban request and even admitting the coordination with either his friend or another account of his, or whatever that other person is. As well as him calling EU admins national socialists (not chocolate chip cookies), which I would think is implying that we will be banned no matter what.

After he was kicked from TS he came back in to try and record us, in which I was humoring him and acting very kind and loving before banning him from the server for trolling and causing trouble.
I would actually like it if he uploaded this recording.

I use to be an admin for NA_Community and have absolutely no "criminal" record in cRPG that I can recall. Maybe somethings when I was a new player, many years ago.

Finally, here is the most recent evidence of him continuously boasting about our likeness to be banned and again calling EU admins national socialists (not chocolate chip cookies).
Notice the timestamps, he has been at it for a while. I'm sure he will be saying much more, but I can't be bothered to collect more truth to this matter, and I hope that this has been enough.
