I named my character exact same thing, and am using the same key.

Make sure the character you create ingame has the exact same name and is the same gender.

As long as you are using the same CD key and your character within M&B has the exact same name and gender, it should load the stats and items of that character from your crpg account on the website.

If this still doesn't help, let us know what the message is when you get kicked from the server.
