Notice how each ban request is very similarly typed, especially when identifying the "accused". Why would two completely different people who are not affiliated type the exact same thing? Especially considering that there were many more of us online there.
If you are trying to hint that we are the same person, then you are wrong. Go ahead and check the IPs, I haveno clue who this guy is. He is probably new to the mod or has limited usage of english, and used my thread as a template, which isn't bad at all.
Notice how the victim is an NA player, who followed us to an EU server and harassed us in Teamspeak as well as in the server.
I did not harass you on Teamspeak, as I do not use or even own a microphone. You can ask pretty much any person on NA about this. I am also in a EU clan, and there was a strat battle on NA 3, so I went to EU 3 for my duels.
He had to be kicked from the TS and banned from it after rejoining. He was making disturbing noises, which I will not go into details on.
When I try to talk, my microphone doesn't work and causes static and other strange noises. However, you guys did not kick or ban me from teamspeak for about an hour after the strange noises. You kick/banned me when I started recording you guys going "Ban that guy too" etc
Also look at Lemon's ban record. How many times has he been banned for trolling and abusing systems, etc?
My ban record is perfectly clean on this account, without a single ban/kick/warning
Then look at any of our ban records, you won't see anything significant. The last time I was banned was how many years ago? And it was a mistake which I brought up with the admins.
Your ban record does not make you innocent from this action, there is a first for everything. This is a clear case anyway.
Please notice that this individual is not a member of my clan and yet was in my teamspeak channel with the "Krea" tag which he either obtained a long time ago or someone outside of my clan gave him.
You say I have the tag Krea in your channel, that is due to YOU, Auphilia, giving it to me on another server, SRP, where we were indeed in the same clan. You know, the clan the teamspeak is for. The teamspeak is not for Queensguard, it's clearly for Krea.
Clearly, if he is not a member of my clan, why is he in our TS? Why is he harassing us in-game as well?
See above- And I never harassed you in game. Coming on to the duel server with the intent to duel, and requesting to duel people, is not harassing you at all. If you'd like to go and take pictures then do it on the event servers, not one that people use often.
Here is more evidence of the supposed "victim" being boastful enough to contact one of the members of my clan to brag about his ban request and even admitting the coordination with either his friend or another account of his, or whatever that other person is. As well as him calling EU admins national socialists (not chocolate chip cookies), which I would think is implying that we will be banned no matter what.
My favorite part of this, is that you cut out the context and the situation where I was contacting one of your members to "boast"
I was telling him that my thread was up, and when I looked on the EU ban threads I could see he was looking at it. This is when I also noticed the second thread, and warned him of that. Previously in Steam and on TS, he was refusing to listen when I told him that this is a ban worthy offense, as "Auphilia is friends with an admin" and therefore cannot be banned. The only way I could explain the general harshness the way c-rpg admins treat ban offenses, was comparing them to another harsh governance system. At this point, he still did not understand it completely.
After he was kicked from TS he came back in to try and record us, in which I was humoring him and acting very kind and loving before banning him from the server for trolling and causing trouble.
I would actually like it if he uploaded this recording.
You guys banned me from TS before I could save it, so don't even pretend that "Oo, i'm not gonna upload it because you didn't do anything wrong"
Here is a screenshot of him coming to me directly to boast about the ban threads and how conveniently they were coordinated:
Here you say I came to you to boast, I did not. I came to you to inform you of the thread, but once again you seemed to feel invincible. When I saw the other thread, I informed you of that aswell, to show you that other people were just as upset at your actions as I was.
If admins would like to speak to me further on the matter you may add me on steam. My username is "Auphilia".
I use to be an admin for NA_Community and have absolutely no "criminal" record in cRPG that I can recall. Maybe somethings when I was a new player, many years ago.
Being a past NA_Community admin doesn't really change much. In fact, if you have experience as a cRPG admin, you should have known that what you were doing was blatantly against the rules. But you did it anwyay. And then you defended it, rather than apologizing.
Finally, here is the most recent evidence of him continuously boasting about our likeness to be banned and again calling EU admins national socialists (not chocolate chip cookies).
Notice the timestamps, he has been at it for a while. I'm sure he will be saying much more, but I can't be bothered to collect more truth to this matter, and I hope that this has been enough.
This final message, is me once again telling Thunderbue the extent in which some of the bans can go to, even if you did not assume them harsh. I told him a story from MY experience, in which a accidental teamwound that didn't actually do any more than 10% of my teammates health, got me banned for a week.
I'm not really sure why you keep bringing up the other thread in comparison to mine, as the admins can see the host of the thread and know that it is not from the same person or account. ALSO- you can only have 1 forum account per c-rpg account, and my other forum account is "Lemon" and no other.
Thank you for looking into this.
