4. Written description of what happened, the whole story. Also what happened before and after.: I killed him last map as the last guy living, killed a 2 times before that to, i think he got mad and he just headshotted me at the start of the new map/round TKing me.

well firstly he is liar. firstly i killed him and he was getting mad. then i had lag and when i focused someone i killed him accidently. then u saying i was getting mad? u need more find crime thing and i said SORRY for this(u can also look in screenshot)

He is a lair, you can easly see that the round just started, and that i killed him at the end of last round/map

Edit: He did say sorry but that dousn't take away that he intentionally teamkilled me at the very start (i spawned and got insta headshotted, you even see Mendro say "wtf" because of this). This is just not acceptable and to make it worst he is lieing as well.

If you read my statements and look at the screenshot you can clearly see that he did it at the very start of the round, only reason he said sorry was because he knew i could make ban request and he wanted to "cover" him self. Sorry isn't a magic word that lets you do everything you want while breaking the rules.

I get TKed all the time, this one was just intentional, at the start of the round, making is so extreemly obvious.

i saw it aswell after 10 sec getting headshotted whilei hear him say wtf in ts it is well known kistray dont like mercs so admins make ur own conclusions here

Alright, I'm going to let Kistray off with a warning as I do feel I need more evidence, such as the surrounding area of where you died, etc. Simply because there are too many things that could explain away the teamkill.

I am inclined to believe Woodland in this, yet the proof isn't enough and so; Kistray gets a warning in this case, if this was an intentional teamkill, know that you got lucky.
If this happens again, Woodland, or anyone, I'd need a couple more images, if possible at the very least, the position in which you died, and the time that it happened to make sure fire sure that it happened before it was physically possible, and the surrounding area.
